Congratulations Angel! Your hard work is paying off and you have earned our Star of the Month award. Angel is a 10th-grade student at iForward virtual school in WI. Angel is from Green Bay, WI. She has already increased her reading ability by a full grade level in just a few months. Angel's teacher Colleen Trumper, nominated Angel for her commitment to improving her reading and self-motivation to continue working outside of class time. See what Ms. Trumper had to say about Angel's accomplishments with Read Live.
Persevering, hardworking, professional, diligent, indefatigable, and unflagging. This describes Angel F., a 10th-grade student I have this school year that is improving her reading by leaps and bounds in a short amount of time! Angel has soared up by a grade level already. Most notable is the time she spends in Read Live on her own, working through the steps and making recordings that I can listen to later when class is not in session. Angel is a motivated, professional-sounding reader. When I listen to her recordings, I feel as if I"m listening to a professional storyteller. Angel is enrolled at iForward Wisconsin, a virtual school. She is a distance learner and the program is working out so well for her. She reads to me both over the microphone in our Jigsaw classroom, or makes recordings when class is not in session. Read Live has helped Angel to acquire background knowledge and become a critical thinker as well as a more fluent reader. I"m very proud of Angel and how much she puts into her work on a daily basis.
