Official Rules

1. Eligibility

The Comprehension Builder Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals who write a review for one of the products listed at https://readnaturally.com/product-reviews and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Read Naturally (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each such employee are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. You also agree to accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Entries will be accepted online beginning December 8, 2025 at 12:00 AM and ending January 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM. All entries must be received by January 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM.

4. How to Enter

To enter, submit a review for one of the products listed at https://readnaturally.com/product-reviews. Entries must meet all requirements to be eligible. Incomplete entries or entries that do not comply with these Rules may be disqualified. Limit one entry per person. You may not enter using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices. Any attempt to circumvent the rules may result in disqualification.

5. Prizes

Each weekly winner will receive one (1) Comprehension Builder toolkit, valued at $249. A total of four (4) prizes will be awarded (one per week in January).

No cash or other substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Prizes are non-transferable. Winners are responsible for all taxes. Acceptance of the prize grants the Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes unless prohibited by law.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received each week.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be selected each week in January in a random drawing supervised by the Sponsor. Winners will be notified by email within five (5) days of selection. Sponsor is not responsible for winners not receiving notification due to spam filters or incorrect contact information. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, does not claim the prize within 72 hours, or fails to complete required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. Rights Granted by You

By entering, you grant the Sponsor permission to use your entry, name, likeness, statements, and biographical information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Terms

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in the event of technical issues, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or attempts to undermine the Sweepstakes.

By entering, you agree to receive periodic newsletters from the Sponsor. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in those emails.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or acceptance of any prize, including technical malfunctions, unauthorized intervention, or errors in administration or entry processing.

11. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Minnesota. All disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in a court located in Minnesota. Entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Privacy Policy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available on its website.

13. Winners List

To obtain the winners list or a copy of these Rules, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to:

Requests must be received within 60 days of the Sweepstakes end date.
