What's New in This Release

Read Live version 4.6 includes changes necessary for Read Live's SOC 2 Type 1 certification process. The SOC 2 certification process reflects Read Naturally’s ongoing commitment to the security and integrity of our clients’ data. SOC 2 is a voluntary auditing procedure that evaluates the secure handling of client data as well as the availability and stability of services.

Detailed Summary of changes

• This release includes technical changes in support of the five core principles of SOC 2: 
  • Security: Systems and information are protected from unauthorized access.
  • Availability: Systems are available for use when needed.
  • Processing integrity: Data is processed accurately, completely, and in a timely manner.
  • Confidentiality: Access to sensitive information is limited.
  • Privacy: Personal information is collected, used, and disposed of appropriately.
• A Responsible Disclosure link is now present on the Read Live home page. This link opens Read Naturally's Responsible Disclosure Policy, which addresses the reporting and disclosure of vulnerabilities.
