In the Read Naturally Live placement process, when you click the Importing Student Data link, it may appear as though nothing happened, or you may hear a sound or see a visual indication that a pop-up window was blocked. These indicators vary from browser to browser. If you use the Safari web browser (primarily used on Apple computers), there may be no indicator at all.
The most likely cause of this behavior is that a pop-up blocker is preventing the document from displaying. If you have a pop-up blocker turned on, the document cannot open.
Regardless of which supported web browser you are using, be sure to allow pop-up windows for your Read Live account/web address. Sometimes the pop-up blocker within the browser is not the mechanism blocking the report. It can also be a pop-up blocker within an added toolbar such as the Yahoo! Toolbar, Google Toolbar, Ask Toolbar, etc.
You may need assistance from your Technical Department to access and/or configure your pop-up blocker(s). You can contact Read Naturally for assistance, but you may still end up needing to contact your own technical department.
